Can eating protein build you muscle without exercising?

Dr. Andy Galpin says protein grows muscle, regardless of exercising. But, is this true?

We’ll take a look at the science and see for ourselves the validity of this statement. If true, how much growth can you really get just from protein? Then we’ll see how much you can get from adding exercise to the equation and see how they compare.
