How I healed my ACL without surgery

After fully rupturing her ACL playing volleyball, Naomi decided to take a non-surgical approach to healing her ACL. This video will show you what Naomi did to heal her knee month by month without surgery: from mobility work, to nutrition, to exercises for strengthening her knee.
